I see they have lowered the Mobile roaming rate with a UK phone in Ireland. 28ppm to make a call (7ppm to receive) whereas it used to be 35ppm and now 8.5 pence per text. Data is now 69p/MB it used to be £2.99!!

Have they done anything the other way round? IE: an Irish phone in UK?
