Rear seat belts

I want to fit a rear seat belt and are looking for information or drawings. I have 2 lap belts fitted and are fixed to a metal structure but I want to fit a standard retractable belt. Any thoughts

Are you talking forward or rear facing seats? There's not a lot of benefit to 3 point seatbelts in rear facing and the would need to be signed off by an engineer. For forward facing seats they would be a substantial upgrade but make sure you have someone lined up to certify them before paying somebody to fit them.
