Omg I can’t believe it but finally I’ve been able to post a pic. I’ve tried all the advice given from you guys of reducing size etc and no avail Then tried in phone store for advice and they pressed every setting They looked efficient but hadn’t a clue. After all that my son in law spotted the problem and changed my setting in formats to most compatible and hey presto I have results
