Have anyone been to Desert house caravan and camping park clonakilty?
What did ye think of it,
€1 for shower 4 mins
€2 for shower 8 mins
It’s right beside clonakilty so that’s handy to be near town

We prefer Sextons, on the road to Timoleague, basic but clean and very friendly, showers included in price, no time limit. Visited every year for the last 20 years or so. Stayed at Desert for one night 20 years ago and were seriously underwhelmed at condition and cleanliness. Never went back. It may have changed, I look forward to your report.

If you end up at Sextons, tell them the Downpatrick Scott’s sent you.

We are in desert house campsite now 😂
It’s handy coz near town we can just walk in,
But ya it’s kinda grubby abit,
A big farmer man is here, we had to pass through the farm to get to sight, I was looking for a pair of wellies or wellys is it lol 😆
It’s like a cow shed we must go to for showers, I’ll let ye know how I get on in showers 2 morrow . 😆😆

Have stayed many times very handy for town!! Dave is the farmer nice chap and his mother ran it before him until she died maybe two years ago lovely lady. It's very very basic but very well priced for it's location as within walking distance to the beautiful town of Clon with many Pubs and shops.
