How folks,

We're thinking of heading to the northern shores for the Christmas period as a mini getaway - possibly Donegal
and into the coastal regions of the Six Counties. Are there any sites in these areas that are open during this
period or aires even ?
Any advice or thoughts welcomed !

Mark.

The Aires in the Inishowrn peninsula will be available, Buncrana and Carndonagh. Both are handy for the trip across the border into Derry and further along the north coast. Derry is a good shopping town if retail therapy is a requirement !
Portrush in Co.Antrim also has an Aire... but you won’t have any issues getting stops along the way.
Have you the App? It lists all the places you should need. Link to it in my signature, it’s invaluable for any Irish trip.
Not sure about sites being open, but certain places have EHU if needed, singing pub in Downings & Logues of Cranford, both in Donegal, being examples.
