Enniskillen, will host Festival Lough Erne, a celebration of the very best of local food and the Fermanagh Lakelands, for a third year, on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September 2017.

The weekend will see a host of activity on and off the water with cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs, local artisan food and drink producers and live entertainment all taking place at the newly refurbished Enniskillen Castle.

The Festival promises to be a feast of food and water based activities celebrating the very best of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Sounds like a good weekend to be had, i think that the Fermanagh lakes have moved up to Co Antrim as everywhere i look all i can see are lakes

Not sure yet. I just noticed that it was on a wee while ago. One craicer has indicated so far on the fb page that they will be going on the Saturday night only.

We would loved to go but the kids social/sport lives have us on a ten mile leash from home. I am starting to think that it getting near to the time to put the kids on donedeal.

Yes, agree with you regarding children. We have even taken the MH to a GAA blitz on a Saturday morning. We were very popular between matches. Anybody who attends these underage events will know what I mean.
