plenty of places down there,
often stayed in baltimore ,down below closed down hotel ,opposite the holiday home complex ,
also you can stay in ballydehob at the pier and has washroom/toliets available in the community centre next to it

Possibly a bit late coming back to you try the following
Sneem for €15 including EHU €10 without. Great spot. Have fresh water and chemical toilet disposal.
Another good spot is Castletownbere Golf Club they have EHU fresh water and chemical toilet disposal , great views but very quite. Cost €20 ie €18 plus €2 for EHU
Also parked up in the Quays in Castletownbere ( free ) no problems some nice pubs and restaurants.
Topaz filling station in Bantry €7 incl EHU in town plenty of space

Stayed in Baltimore on Friday, parked up across from the old railway station. Stayed there previous too and never a bother.
