What is handy cooked in the small facilities?

We have been really healthy and have went for sausages, eggs, bacon, but they are very messy, not really cooked anything else in it yet

Our favorite Meal is The good old Bacon and Cabbage with Spuds & a couple of bottles of beer.

We use the Pressure Cooker to cook the lot in under one hour, and we get enough for two days. The Pressure Cooker is very handy it does not leave any Bad smells in the van, also saves a lot on Gas.

We also have Cooked a lovely Irish Stew as well. :) 8)

Sounds great, never thought of the pressure cooker in the van.

Keep the idea's coming, I am useless at cooking and if I see another sausage.........

We use it all the time.

We also have A baby George Forman for the Sausages and Burgers.
I wired in a extra socket in the boot of the van, so I can use it outside. :D

We always enjoy a nice roast dinner after a walk in the hills.

Get back to the motorhome and tucking into Roast dinner. No change from home. Johneen cooks like she is in the house.

George Forman's are excellent although messy.

Think we haven't spent enough time in the van, quick couple of days here and there and out and about, so not much time for a proper meal in it. Got to get better organised. :)

well guys I am quite happy with anything that fits on a plate. Judith can crucify salad (hope she doesn't find this site) so it all tastes the same anyway. But the red wine is a must!
