Sound Ally. Using app diverts to whatever nav. Software one uses on Android for directions. Thought it would be handy to have the Pois in the nav. Software to show up en route as if one was close to place of interest plans could change.

I definitely think the App is the way to go and slowly that's what people are moving too. I had too many complaints of people not being able to use the map when out and about, some also not making any sense of it, and the App cures that.
Unfortunately that also removes the POI file for your satnav and if I bring that back, it is then too easily converted back to a map, stolen, and out all over the internet like our last one

It was just a thought that if one was heading on a specific route and came close to a POI which showed up on the Sat Nav it could be checked out.
See where you are coming from though with the Pois being leaked.
