Tempting but have no plans to travel that far, and with the new EU roaming rates to drop soon....

I have a dual sim phone, I have Three and o2 sims in it. Usually ok but not always, also gets a bit weird in ROI.

Three UK bought out o2 Ireland, so when roaming on Three UK you use o2 ireland and when roaming on o2 in Ireland you roam on something completely different. The phone in the OP would be for those occasions when I have nothing.

Was recently in Donegal and had a vodafone phone, the reception was great so might just buy a vodafone sim as my other sim instead of the 02.

Look at Meteor as better data packages
Vodafone are rip off merchants in my opinion
