What about pairing it up with DFDS Dewhaven to Dieppe there were some offers on this, and also LD Portsmouth to Caen , This is good for people who dont like the longer routes ..

What a pity as we are going to France in September.
Have you booked anything yet Jack?
We're also looking at booking in September too, going to keep an eye on the ferries over the next few weeks.
Our first trip across to the continent is in 2 weeks.

Talking to a mate of mine yesterday who worked for irish ferries for 30 years on the route to France. Pretty much all routes booked except the Cherbourg route to France. Maybe an offer available.

Irish Ferries do a Landbridge fare which combines Irish Sea and several routes from England to Europe. These are usually cheaper than buying two separate tickets. Last time I looked the tunnel was cheapest. AFAIK the other routes have a base fare based on max 6m length.
Hi Jack, just been talking to a fellow camper here in Benidorm who comes from Swansea and is a regular user of the Dieppe route. He said it is and hour longer than Portsmouths three but eighty quid cheaper and very pleasent. There are several daily crossings in the summer and one a dqy in the winter,He also gets a pensioner discount but you have to contact the office to avail of this. How about motorhomecraic compiling a list of Ferries to and from Ireland Scotland wales and England and beyond to help with holiday planning.

Used Nutt Travel.. I'm a newbie here. But always use them for my motorcycle trips from Norn Iron to Scotland.
They have many offers, like Motorhome for same price as a car to Scotland.
Always found Nutt Travel pretty good, but just to let you know, that offer is a Stena offer, you can get it by any means of booking
