My Ducato came with steel wheels with the small plastic inserts in the centre. I scoured ebay and managed to pick up a brand new set of original Fiat wheel trims for £35 all in (bargain). I detest the horrible plastic and chrome effect aftermarket trims that are common on many campers. If you are buying on ebay then make sure you purchase the right size - mine were 16" but many are 15".

Check out a company called partsworld-uk on eBay.
I bought a set of genuine fiat alloys with nuts and caps for less than auto trail wanted for one of them. This was for our last van.
They may do wheel trims too.

My wheels looked very bad and I repainted them with Hammerite but after about 18 months they started to look bad again and I bought these from http://www.partsformotorhomes.com/ They are milenco bulbous wheel trims.

I think you will have to remove the plastic centre trims if you buy and fit Fiat OEM wheel trims. Some of the aftermarket types may fit over the top.
