Radio reception Peugeot 2012

I have a 2012 Peugeot based m/h when driving the radio reception is at best diabolical, I've heard of aieriel up grades, anybody done this? If so how easy is it I would appreciate any advice on which aeiriel to fit and how to do so. 😀TIA Bill

Ours was pretty much useless also, in fact I'll change that, it was completely useless!

Sounds like you have no aerial at all as the manufactures cut the aerial off the vans when they are putting them together ,if you take your radio out you will find a cable in the socket but no outside antenna attached , you will have to fit a new antenna and cable and running cable into back of radio is not fun ( on fiats anyway dont know about others )
