Radio code

I had occasion recently to remove the vehicle battery on my 2006 Fait Ducato base vehicle.
After refitting the radio asked for a code.
I tried the usual 1234 which didn't work.
I went through all the paperwork (there seemed to be all the original stuff there).
It referred to a secret code, that should have been in the paperwork, but was not there.
Anyone know who the main Fait truck dealers are that might be able to help me?

Sometimes it is printed on the Unit itself, you would need to pull out the unit to check.
It should also have the serial number and model as well.

Is the radio the one that came with the van originally, I.E. a fiat radio? If so, any dealer should help you get it once you have the serial number of it with van reg. There should be no charge as all they are doing is reading it from a database. The same happened to my car and no problem getting it. I got it online once too.
