Help!
My 240 V switch was accidently turned on before I had a chance to re fill the system with water, as I had drained the van down for the winter, which meant the element heated up with no water in the tank.
I filled up the system turned on the heating and had air blowing out only slightly warm I thought excellent no harm done. Went away for the weekend turned on the heating again warm air blowing from the vents. My wife then tells me their is smoke coming out of the side of the van. Thankfully the smoke was steam coming out of the outside vent. :-| Panic over tried to see if there was a re set button which I don't think there is. Am I looking at a thermostat problem/ heater element, I checked all the fuses on the electronic unit they are all ok. Hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

Slightly confused here as it sounds like it is working but maybe when you say warm air you mean no hot air.

Sounds like it is working then.

If it isn't working there is should be an overheat switch that needs reset. It will be a circular button on the case which covers the electrics on the boiler body. If a reset doesn't work you may need to remove the cover and replace a small fuse in there. It is a very specific fuse so make sure you replace it with the same one.

I will see if I can find an online diagram..

found one.
The red arrow points to where the reset button should be. The fuses are inside the panel the button is on. MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT FROM THE MAINS BEFRE REMOVING THE COVER...

Hi Mark
Thanks for the quick reply. The air coming out of the blow vents is barley warm even with the stat on the highest setting. I have checked two of the fuses on the PCB panel and they are okay, I am still trying to locate the F3 fuse which I take is the one that the manual states should be replaced by an expert. Looking at the diagram the re set button looks to be incorporated into the PCB panel, which is different to mine. I have removed the top of the unit but not the outer jacket, I will remove that and see if there is a re set button and the third fuse in the morning.
. Where did you get the diagram download been trying all day and could only get a schematic diagram which was a great help but did'nt name all the parts.

Thanks for all your help Mark. I will let you knowhow I get on
