Vision Plus Reverse Cam

hi all,
reverse cam monitor is black. The brand is Vision Plus. It is getting power (red LED) but not even a flicker. anyone else had an issue with one of these. I don't know age as it was on van when I bought but it is colour and IR night vision version. Maybe camera faulty but not even sure if the camera can be disconnected from the head unit...any info welcome.

I had a Problem with a reversing Camera on my last Van.
Had Power at Monitor but no Picture.Turnrd out to be a Plug in Connector on the Cable From the Camera that got Dislodged by things being pushed into the Press that the Cable was Passing Through.
