Retrofit a seat belt in the rear of motorhome

Hi everyone, I have a 6 berth but only 4 travelling seats which is now a bit of an issue with our new arrival pushing our family number to 5. Can anyone suggest who can fit a 3 point seat belt on the rear facing seats behind the driver? We love our van and dont want to have to sell it but mechanics won't touch it as "its not something they would do".

Maybe speak to Simon at leisure technical solutions. His advert is at the top of each page of this site.
He is probably your nearest expert. We are in Donaghadee and that is the only place we take our van.

P.S. Welcoming to the craic.

These are the rules for test and age of van, wooden floor only the fixing points looked at but must be to main structure,2000/2006 if steel floor belts only tested but must be fixed as above,2006/2012 all plating and fixture inspected,2012 onward only seats marked for travel can be belted.
I have a self build which i fitted all seats/belts and mounting,i was failed but on consultation with mot inspector and showing him vh construction and rules on belts they repassed my bus, even they dont know all the regs.
Im running a 59 e 12 iveco iris ex library bus with six belted seats.

Thanks for advice, its a 1996 van but I want to ensure its safe. I have an idea of what I want built so I might get it fabricated then look at attaching it to the chasis
