Are there any more Irish Campsites in the 2017 books , I used it a few times this year in Ireland which I had"nt done before and found it good and was just wondering if it was worth buying for use in Ireland alone

Wasn't many Ireland/UK listed in previous editions...... Definitely worthwhile for continental travel.

16 in ROI, nearly all at €19. Only 2 shown as new this year. Nearest to Dublin is Mullingar or Wicklow
Only 1 in NI - at Blaney, Enniskillen also €19

Still no sign of our 2017 books, yet the camping carnet card arrived "as requested" it had my name, correct street but two different local districts + our new Irish postcode, There was nothing wrong with the carnets they have been sending last 5 years. Like now, delay one year for books, ACSI told us already posted, in my name but completely different address, so they sent another set. Last year 2 sets sent. We emailed before Christmas and again last week to see what wasappening this year, they acknowledge receipt of emails and will get back to us....still waiting.
We have requested camping card discount books, carnet and want to try app this year..but we don't want triple sets of each if we just go ahead and book them, like first time.

Is anyone still waiting for ACSI 2017?

We didn't receive ours in pre Christmas delivery
Waited till Jan, put in order on 11/1, a/c debited 12/1
Phoned ACSI Netherlands the other day it was posted on 16/1.
Worldwide deliveries come in 3 weeks...we are Europe 12 day. Delivery.

Yeah, I got mine about mid January. Ordered last October. ACSI known for slow delivery.

Still also waiting for delivery of ACSI books

We normally get it via direct debit in late December. We had visited Anchorpoint on their Xmas open days where they had the 2017 books on display but reckoned if I bought , the ones from Holland would surely arrive next day.
By early Jan, when it had not arrived in the post, I emailed to be told there was a problem with my credit card.

New order placed 10 Jan. Emailed earlier this week as it still had not arrived.
Received reply today that they have posted it again, promising two week delivery.

Interesting voyager you are having same problem and ordered around same date.
I rang ACSI Netherlands again yesterday as earlier in week they said wait till a Friday. (They only seem to do auto-reply but never get back by email)
She was posting me a new set, but she said app is there already just log into it using our password (as system knows we have paid) it is great don't know why we bother with books, but I do love reading ACSI book when we are away.
She said outside company picks up twice a week. I would say by dates ours was in same batch as your order.
My MH friend also similar date is still waiting.

It is now 27 Feb and the second set of ACSI still hasn't arrived

Which were posted on 10 Feb and I spoke on phone , ACSI and I went over the address details. Europe takes 14 days, I was well past 21 days (delivery time for worldwide) by time they decided to send 2nd set.
In meantime we have been billed separately for carnet....that actually came in mid Dec on its own without asking for it, with our our new postcode ...(though postcode choose the district next to us, the area address that used for elections /junk mail).. we get those no problem!

For those who have received their books, did they come with your morning letter post or parcel post later in day?
I have quite a wide letterbox if packed side by side, they should fit in.

VOYAGER. did you receive your books?

Mine came in mid December. I have a recurring subscription for each year direct with ACSI. They were delivered by the regular post man.

The books are packed side by side so overall package is size A4 and about 20mm thick with a weight of about 1kg.

ACSI are terrible re: postage.
I wont use them again, I'll order the ACSI guides from Vicarious Books in the UK. They seem to get stock before anyone else and they also do "All the Aires" guide.... It may cost a couple of euro extra but worth it for the security knowing that you will get them in a couple of days.

So that means I will probably get another set that was posted 10/2, 18 days ago.

AFAIK, for those who have a direct debit with ACSI, all of the books due for delivery to the UK are collected together and shipped by carrier to the UK around mid December. On arrival in UK the carrier then passes them to Royal Mail who undertakes the door to door delivery.
