August bank holiday weekend's. It seems the Southern Weekend is the start of August and Northern weekend is the end of August just to confuse the issue.

The start of August there is a small meet up at Shanogue House CL we have a few craic'ers coming up from Counties Clare and Kildare.

Why not join us? everyone welcome!

CAUTION The Craic meets seem to have set a precedent for being rather noisy. Guitars, Banjo's, Camp Fires and Alcohol.

If you like to be tucked up in bed by 11PM in silence, it is maybe not for you :D

Whats on?

 ·
Posted: 28.06.2012  ·  #13
Hi everybody
We have to be in the Mullingar area for the 15th/ 16th and so may come over a week or so beforehand. Have stayed on sites outside Dublin before now but finding Irish sites desperately expensive now. Are there any events on in the 10 days before that? Where is Shanlogue House? Can any body reccommend or advise on CL's throughout Ireland as we may go either down to Cork or up to Donegal before going to Westmeath.
Many thanks for help.
Bob

What time do you think ye will be going to Titanic Quarter on the Saturday? I would love to go but don't see us making it up to ye until the afternoon.

Not finalised yet, but we could perhaps leave it until the Sunday. Let me look at a few things and I'll get back to you :)

Ok Sunday looks good for Titanic Quarter, I will finalise a few more things before we book tickets for it. They seem to be around £12 each. Need to find the cost of a Minibus also, although I am sure it will not be dear between us all.

Ally

We wont do the titanic centre on Sunday - we're not staying on Sunday night, back to work on Monday and it would be too much hassle to get Murphy home and then go to titanic.
