We first went to James at Anchor Point soon after buying a second-hand campervan privately. It had a gas fridge fault that nearly proved fatal. They also found and fixed a fault with the flue of the Truma boiler and upgraded the gas supply. Since then they have fixed a fault on the 12v supply for the fridge, one on the 12v supply for the Truma (both free of charge) and James correctly diagnosed a further fault over the phone (blown fuse) which enabled me to fix it myself. I've been around long enough to appreciate exceptional service when I see it and I've seen it consistently at Anchor Point. Keep up the good work James, you deserve every success!
