I used to use an electric blanket in the chevy, but in the latest van I have heated mattresses (a 1" stainless steel heating pipe runs all around under each bed about 6" in from the edge of the bed which is raised on slatts. It is also vented out at the edges). Although I haven't left the heating on all night yet, it is great to get into a warm bed

My Burstner has the same,but my small Mercedes has
no heating fitted have a night heater for it but person
meant to fit it for me hasn't as yet.Just have to suffer
on!!!
