Having read the reviews of Donagheys Letterkenny on here and months of searching, I thought to myself I'll give them a wee turn. Ordered 2 footrests for our Brunner Kerry chairs over the phone with their sales Dept. Salesman assured me they would fit our chairs, money was deducted off my card and transaction was completed. Footrests arrived, too small. Got back onto Donagheys salesman agreed to get them collected and refund my money. This was 6 weeks ago. Have contacted them twice from we got back from France, and I still have the box with the footrests in it sitting in our front hall waiting to be collected,and I still haven't received my refund. Not very good sales and returns Donagheys. <_< :(

Purchased from them a few times and got a great service including free calendar and caravan Park guide.

I have had dealing with Donagheys, all good and to say you couldn't get a team to help out as much,

I'd say you are the exception Jim, have patients and they will sort it for you :up:

I have to agree with John, never had a problem Jim. But I never had to return anything.

Donagheys have been in touch, and have arranged now to lift the parcel on Monday. Fingers crossed and I'll update on Monday.

Well good news. The courier firm finally came and collected the box. Hallyway is now free for Mac to run up and down

I am within 10 minutes drive of a parts / accessories shop and i prefer Donaghys every time. I cant fault their service. I did have to return something and in fairness they were excellent about it. A little slow in getting it picked up in fairness but I was very happy with their overall service.

Great service. Emailed Sunday evening to confirm part available. Received reply Monday to confirm part available. Ordered same Monday. Received today Tuesday 8.40am.

I couldn't get my awning to wind up so I dismantled the winding gear and found five teeth stripped on the large gear wheel. I rang Donaghey's at 9:40 yesterday morning to order a new winding gear. It was delivered and I had it fitted before 10:30 this morning, and they had thrown in a couple of camping park guides as well. Great service guys, thanks. :up:
