12v to 240v adaptor

I know it's possible to get a convertor to run, say, a coolbox on 240v from 12v, what I'm wondering is, has anyone seen a 12v socket running to a 240v adaptor? I don't mean an invertor, just something small enough to run a Wifi router.

I've the other one on order Jack. Where it will sit is quite concealed, and it will only be used in the evenings.
