It is no longer possible to Park at Patsy Dans pub in Dunfanaghey (sp?)

I have heard a story given to me by a craic'er and it was confirmed tonight - from the horses mouth..........

"Blame the Belfast man" (I think it's a neighbour)

Story goes................ this might not be fact........

Neighbour with the Helicopter, originally from Belfast, hated the Motorhomes at Patsy Dans, so he complaind enough to the Council that Patsy is no longer allowed them to park, for whatever reason I don't know.

Patsy is planning on buying, or has bought a Motorhome. He has DOE'd it, Taxed it and insured it and is parking outside Helicopter Guys house.

I think some of the above is fact, not sure which bits :)

Surely Motorhomes have the same right to park as anyone else, the key element is when does it become camping?
If Patsy Dans do not encourage it and are not seen to have charged for it then what law has been broken?
If I pull up and go in and have a beer then come out but do not feel like driving as I am tired, who says I must get behind the wheel and drive?
Probably more questions than answers but that is where I feel the grey area lies.

We stayed in Dunfanaghy last night. Just 50 yards down the road is a little harbour, next to some unfinished flats. We and 3 other motorhomes stayed no problem. Toilets round the corner (locked at night). Plenty of eateries & pubs :)
