Few mentions of Foynes when I search the forum but no one actually says where abouts they stay in it.
Heading up that way tomorrow where is good to park up?

I've seen campers in the church car park next to the Flying Boat Museum. Also, just West of the entrance to the docks there is a large, flat area below the WAW viewpoint. Haven't noticed anyone parked there. No facilities. You could also try Glin [in Review section], it has water.
