Our toilet standard type in MH. Thetford.
Earlier we had a problem when flap opened instead of flowing into cassette it flowed over the outside of cassette and down in underneath MH not sure to where. Got new seal.ok again.

Since we came back from France , we always park in driveway on slight slope, facing down, the toilet bowl has been trickling in fresh water until it fills the toilet bowl. Yet the fresh water tank is below level of toilet. Cassette is now full of fresh water. Checking every other day, seems to have stopped or water very low in tank, which is situated under bench seat, with toilet immediately other side of wall. I don't think solenoid switch is problem.
Any idea why?

Solenoid may have a bit of grit stuck in it or be faulty, nothing else could cause that,
Check that switch that activates solenoid (flush switch) is not faulty

Yip - or the relay might be heading out the door. It went on Hessy and caused the micro switches to weld their wires together - and then blow the fuse!
A right balls - the relay i got for 99p - handy as anything to replace, the micro switches were £30 and definitely not the easiest job to fit.

hi hessy hymer,
I am probably going to be looking for both the relay and a micro switch, are they available locally?
About a year ago i replaced the wee fuse ( under the push switch to flush),and thought i had cleaned up the flushing mechanism.
it lasted about a year and has stopped flushing.
just wondered how well your one has lasted- thanks.
I should maybe say that its not on my old hymer, but on a "modern" LWB sprinter conversion. The old
manual flush thetford is starting to look to be a better bet.

thanks

The relay is widely available at Halfords etc, the Microswitch more specialised from Simon.
The change sorted the water system in Hessy. Did the Trick.
Sometimes the easier the system the longer it lasts and easier to fix.
