Aire in Sneem , make sure you drive it in an anti-clockwise direction ,you will be traveling with the buses ,overhanging rocks in other direction

I believe there is a 112 mile sponsored cycle around the ring this weekend 2nd July in aid of Pieta House charity, Ive sponsored my school Principal who is doing it with a group of cyclists from Enniskillen. It might be fun to spectate but not so much fun to get held up or diverted from your intended stopover.
Just done a quick google and 12000 took part last year, so the Ring might be busy.

Most of the Ring of Kerry's roads are closed at different stages this Saturday, it's manic even on a bicycle to get around

There is plenty of room at the marina, I wouldn't see a problem but Mannix point is a 10 minute walk from the town and an excellent site as well.

Stayed at manix point a few years ago it's a lovely spot. Just think the ring of Kerry lends itself to wild camping or scenic stopovers but they seem hard to find
