Pump causing electrical problems

I have a 2006 bessecar and the water pump is down on power, the toilet pump won't work and other electrics are either down on power or won't work with the pump circuit on Eg gas ignitor. Brand new battery fitted bit issue still there. Also it's not happening now but one night when the pump circuit on the top running lights came on.

Possible earth problem. Check the terminal connections that there is no corrosion and also where the batteries connect to the chassis for a poor earth connection.
