Got this for Hessy and it dosent fit - so I rebuilt her gearbox.
Its in good order - 94 KM I believe on it.

its a gearbox for probably a pre 1990 Fiat / Peugeot / Citroen Engine motorhome.

Hessy is a 8140.5 engine so it not her - B4 that.

That's the best I can do to illustrate another gearbox :P
