I have heard of the lookout in Dungarvan mentioned but I have never been there, Caseys Caravan Park is just outside Dungarvan in Clonea, Dick Powers Aire in Ardmore is only a few miles from Youghal and the Aire in Midleton is in the middle of the Town alongside the Jameison experience.

HI Franco,

Dungarvan has numerous places to park up.
The Lookout which is on the POI map just don't park in the area marked for buses.
Abbeyside opposite side of the quay to the Moorings pub no charge.
You can also park on the right before coming over the bridge on the Abbeyside side (pay during the day!)
If you need any more info on Dungarvan just ask.

Be aware, the locals in Midleton don't seem to get the "motorhome parking area" concept. Any time we're passing through Midleton, I make a point of passing the parking area (on the lookout for MHcraic stickers), but each time, you can bloody guarantee a half dozen cars will be parked in the clearly marked and signposted MH parking area.

For Youghal:
The TO has unofficially advised that it OK to park in the car-park next to The Quays Bar HERE, though it's totally changed since the Google car went by, there is a lovely view across the estuary and a small (very) beach a few metres away.

For Midleton:
If the official overnight places are taken by cars a good place to wait/park during the day is HERE (see two MH's and a coach using the space), after 5.30 ish you can then move to the official area when the day parkers are gone.

Tks folks. I ended up staying in Ardmore, and passed Midleton then spent 3 nights in Cobh. Great area, will put info in reviews.
