Stayed there last night (23/05/2016), lovely spot and people.

Parking €10 inc. water filling plus grey and black disposal, ehu extra, can use the other facilities for a 'small' fee, didn't say how much.
It's a 30 minute pleasant walk into the centre of Arklow, I was told return taxi if needed is about €7.

NOTE: some sat navs may attempt to tale a route using the entrance to Servier Pharmaceuticals, don't be tempted despite what the sat nav may show there is now no connecting road, use the roundabout exit nearby, the one with the big anchor stuck in the middle.
