Hi,
Wife and I are heading off to France on July 7th. Been there quite a few years but this year we plan on driving along the Canal du Midi. Suggestions very welcome. Is Toulouse to Sete the best part ? What about Bordeaux to Toulouse ? What Aires, Municipal Sites or Campsites can be recommended ? Thanks

If you have time and are happy to travel about an hour off the Toulouse end of your course there is a private Aire in Castelnau-De-Montmiral.
It is called les Miquels and has a swimming pool. The owner, Dominique Coquillat studied in Brighton for years and is great for info.

There is no mention of camping car on his website but I have stayed there. There are four gravel spaces with grass for awning, tap, drain and electric on each. I think it was €5 per person per night.
