I had one of these calor lite cylinders from years ago that was bought in England or Scotland but discovered that it was one of a batch that had been recalled. It was a quarter full.
Called with Old Manor Mill in Newtownards and spoke to Sam. He replaced it on the spot for free. He explained that these were for the English market but that he keeps a supply of refills (no new sales).
Excellent service and the largest range of calor cylinders I have seen in a while. I now have a back-up.
