I have been speaking to the owner of Fitzpatrick's bar and restaurant on the Dundalk Carlingford road. They are happy to have mh parked overnight if the park to the back of the carpark. Drinking water is also available in the carpark. Great food served there.

There is a review somewhere on the page Ally but I can't seem to find it now.
