I called at Drumcoura Lake Resort on Saturday past only to discover it has been closed for at least a month. The entrance to bar area is blocked off with big silage bales, I moved to Ballinmore and stayed at the waterways.

I wonder is it temporary or permanent as this is where Cowboys & Heros is taking place.

From their own website, most of the facilities are only available Summer only.

However, I copied the information below from their site



Saloon (Bar and Restaurant)

Due to disagreements between the owners of Drumcoura and Tommy Kirwan who was operating the Bar and Restaurant, the bar and restaurant has temporarily closed. There will be an announcement in March 2016 as to when it will re-open.
