Took a run down to revisit Newgrange. We had not been there since the early 90s.
We stayed two nights at Newgrange Lodge which is only a couple of hundred metres from the entrance to the Visitor centre.

Cost us €12.50 each night (I believe it is €15 in high season). Ehu is available but perhaps dear at €5 and showers for €2
Water is available and there are plans for black water disposal in future. Ground was slightly sloping so ramps needed.
As a bonus there is good free wifi and we were able to relax in the lounge. Breakfast is available although we did not check that out.
We were able to leave the van at the lodge while at Newgrange, which is very well done and good value. It also has a nice cafe for lunch.
We also visited the Battle of the Boyne centre and Kells high crosses. Lots of history in the area and we shall return for a few more days later in the season.

If an admin would like to add it to the new map, I think it would be a useful addition.
