camping car infos on a garmin sat nav

Hi all
Has anyone downloaded the camping car infos onto their garmin sat nav.

I have been trying for the last three nights,and am banging my head off the wall at this stage.

I have downloaded the file from the ccinfos site, and tried to use garmin poi loader to put them on the sat nav but no luck.

Has anyone had any success, and can give me an idiots guide.

The ccinfos download is a ascii format????.and seems to be compressed
I am not sure what format the garmin needs.

I did the craic map without TOO much difficulty

any help REALLY appreciated

Hi Fork I had to go to the garmin web site and download the prog to convert one of the aures ones as it was set up for Tom tom Not sure about the camping car one but I hope this helps Edd

You will have to google for Software that will convert them, some software will work today and some will not work tomorrow. The long and the short of it is they will have to be converted to (.GPX ) to work, Only when they are converted you can use POI Loader to upload them to you're Sat Nav. It is very time consuming and can be very frustrating but that is what you have to do.
