Hi Craicers
Just bought a handy wee accessory.
"Phase" 4 in one jump starter, very powerful, compact, sturdy.
Includes 2 cigarette lighter sockets & a USB socket for charging your gadgets independent from your vans power supply, with a built in bright lcd light. It can be charged itself from the vans lighter socket. Presently sitting charging 2 phones & an I pad! It also started a flat car battery on the first go, no need to move another car to use jump leads.
It is presently on sale at Halfords, £39 reduced from £80.

Worth considering.

A friend of mine has got the Ring one and thinks it's great. It is very small and quite powerful.

Good prices but both are only suitable for engines up to 2 litre.

Here's another option which incorporates an inverter to give a 220v supply Streetwize SWPP13
