Here'sacopy of Mickies progress.

Hi Polly,
Oh dear, oh dear. Mickey is in trouble. There are two versions of the story, number one.
After taking flying lessons aboard an Etihad airways flight, he landed in Abu Dhabi, and this is where the story goes a bit awry.
He was kidnapped by a band of camel smugglers and replaced by a badly deformed younger version. We felt so sorry for the young Quasimodo we took him to Melbourne instead, well we were going that way anyway. In the meantime, we heard that Mickey has shunned western ways and is living like a lord in a Bedouin tent. He even has a harem apparently. We hired a private detective to try to find him, but he has been radicalized, and is now a practising Zoroastrianism, which as you know is one of the worlds oldest religions. I contacted the CIA, not the co-op insurance association!, to see if they could monitor his phone, but he's had his calls scrambled. Bit like my brain. I doubt very much if he'll return to our hedonistic western ways, but he has my number if he ever changes his mind. I toyed with the idea of sending in the SAS, and navy seals, but I gave up on this as there's not much water where he is now!
Number two.
We left him on the plane and after frantic emails, visiting their Melbourne office, and again when we were passing through Abu Dhabi, there was no sign. There are however two consolation prizes, a child in UAE now has a lovely wee doll with tags thaat the child will enjoy readin as much as hugging his her new friend. The name might be change to Muhammed but thats ok. Consolation two, my dear wife fond a similar kit in a store in Melbourne, smaller but exactly the same pattern. Sadly, my dear wife is no sewer, meaning she can't sew, not that she's a pipe.I will post pictures of Mickey 2, or Quasimodo as we affectionately call him, once you give the ok. I will send the cash,or paypal it if you fancy taking the task on yet again.
I really apologise for my lack of parenthood in this matter, but if he'dstayed with us, it would have been around 24000 miles of travel under his belt. Did he have a belt? NO.
Much love,
Distraught Nick.
