Caravans, campers or other automotive vehicles with a large living compartment (equipped with toilet, shower, beds, cooking facilities and living room) for passenger transport. A general purpose for the transport of goods is missing these vehicles. Therefore, for these vehicles no toll obligation under § 1 para. 1 no. 1, 1st alternative BFStrMG. This also applies to vehicles formed with these vehicle combinations.
As far as a mobile home is used exclusively for living and staying overnight and not for the businesslike or pecuniary interest transport of goods, there is no obligation to pay tolls according to § 1 para. 1 no. 1, 2. Alternative BFStrMG (no use of goods by road).
Combinations of vehicles with mobile homes or caravans
Become vehicle combinations of trucks and camper trailers or campers with transport trailers of goods by road used (commercial freight transport or works traffic), there is a gross vehicle weight of at least 7.5 t assuming a toll after the 2nd alternative of the vehicle concept in BFStrMG.
