Anchorpoint motorhomes

A camper turned up a couple of days ago having issues with his MH he googled and found someone he thought could help but when that did not work I remembered one of our regulars who talks very highly of anchorpoint. Anyway handed my phone to the person at anchorpoint http://www.anchorpointmotorhomes.com who suggested a number of possible fixes but no avail, so my camper set off today without booking in and they fixed the problem after 2 men working 45 minutes each. The camper was delighted, he offered them money, they refused, he said I'm Scottish and offering to pay and that is rare, they said just the fact he offered was enough.

Now I'm sure this type of service would not always be free but top marks to anchorpoint for helping him out and fixing his problem.

Never used them myself but Jimmy, yes really he is called Jimmy was chuffed to bits. Top marks for Irish helpfulness.

Never bought a Motorhome off them, just a few bits and bobs when we were going to France for the first time and when they heard it was our first time going they couldn't be more helpful with information, even gave us a book of there own about touring France that they only give to their own Motorhome customers.

They were also very helpful when Polly had problems with her batteries not charging when we were over last month, the problem wasnt solved but at least he checked to see if we could continue ( check was on engine battery ) despite her habitation battery not charging .

Not a bit surprised to hear this. Since buying our van in 2009 I have always gone to Anchorpoint to get jobs done and new equipment fitted though we live in Naas and did not buy original van from them. James and his staff, David, Noel and Richard always have time to help and chat. Changed our van with them last year and the follow up service is excellent.
Following an incident while on the way to catch the ferry in Roslare in Sep I have received great assistance from James in getting an estimate for the repair job and know that an excellent job will be done when I get around to getting down to him soon.
Well done James....

I can Honestly say that in my opinion the customer service at Anchorpoint is second to none. James is an honest person and a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased two motorhomes from James and he has always assisted me with any issues which i have had. Well done to James and all his team at Anchorpoint.
