Hi Ken,

I'd definitely advise it.
Best case scenario is to have the van in a garage for over the winter but this isn't exactly a viable option for many people.
Therefore we would advise covers as an alternative.
Over the winter period vans can get exposed to rain and other weather elements, water can get inbetween seals and cause alot of damage which can be costly to repair.

These covers are water resistant (not waterproof) but they will go along way towards preventing this from happening.

they are yes.
Maypole is the manufacturer and we got them recently at a good price hence my earlier post.
The description that accompanies them is as follows

"Heavy duty 4-ply non-woven polypropylene fabric UV stable.
Water resistance and breatheable.
Comes with fitting and care instructions.
Includes carry bag for when cover is not in use.
Nylon straps at the sides, front and rear to secure fitting."

Do your covers only suit 'van conversion' campers. Have you covers for 5.7m alkoven and are the prices the same.
