Bit of an update, almost there !
Week 12.
Weight at start 103.5 kgs
Target weight 82 kgs
Weight now 84.8kgs
Weight loss this past 3 weeks 3.4 kgs
Total weight loss is 18.7 kgs
Another 2.8 kgs loss gets me to the target weight.....
Sort of took my eye of the ball the past 10 days or so, mostly on the exercise front as I’ve been out of the country twice in the past fortnight and the regular exercise regime was disrupted, but back on track as from last Saturday. The food side of things remains good, still no meat at all and not missing it really if I’m honest, not going to become a vegetarian or anything else but I’m sort of liking a more vegetable and fish based diet. Zero bread/cake/biscuits or sweets but enjoying a few glasses of red wine each week.
Initially had the idea of 50% of my target weight loss by the Carlingford meet but looking like I will almost be at my ideal weight by then......... I suppose when I reach 82kg my biggest challenge is yet to come........ that is to maintain the healthy weight without sea-sawing up and down, making myself a promise that I will be more careful and not exceed 85kg and take action if I should.
I need to go out and buy some smaller clothes sizes !
