I thought this email was a scam and after thinking I thought it was an April Fools prank but then it’s September. I was delighted to see it was neither and that things are up and running again.

I did the reboot, got the same message, while trying a few different pic's, one I know was a screenshot worked, so took a screenshot of the photos and it worked, why the originals are to big, I've no idea.

Don't go down the wrong road, I didn't see the words "too big" if that's relivant, but the wording was,
Error: The dimensions of the image, so I took that to mean too big.? 🤔
