Started the breaking bad series a couple of weeks ago but lost interest. Since been told to stick with it, as it picks up again. So don’t want to watch the movie just yet.

Yes I was a bit disappointed in El Camino and I loved Breaking Bad and was a latecomer to it. I’ve started watching “Living with Yourself” on Netflix the last few days. It’s very funny and a cool concept. Must get round to Ozark at some stage.

Ah lads. It’s 2020, not 1920. Liam, I know you are very busy every evening looking over the hedge at the beautiful lights, and the games from the local gaa, so you haven’t time for tv. But you should try it sometime. There’s more to life than GAA.
I thought I was the only one who's I.Q. wasn't low enough to use Netflix.
It's called entertainment, not to be taken too seriously but worthy of many laughs and some more serious moments from true stories. The modern day version of watching games in the Panathenaic Stadium.
You choose what you like and don't like and are not forced to watch anything you don't choose. In NI you also don't require a TV licence to watch it, giving the user options other than state run media.
If that makes my IQ low, then I wanna be as dumb as dumber.
I’ve ditched my basic Sky at £20 plus per month and just use Freesat and Netflix. At just £5.99 per month it is a big saving and I don’t miss the extra Sky channels and recording option. Handy to download Netflix stuff and play it back later in the Gym, Motorhome, bus or whatever.
Just watched ‘knives over forks’ via Netflix.. a documentary about the effects of diet from the perspective of a real trial and doctor/patient interaction. Very interesting and has me definitely looking at things in a new light. Worth a watch.
As for the rest of telly, I used to use satellite....not any more, now have everything by streaming, even here in Spain, all the stations inc UTV/BBC’s/etc and even state sponsored propaganda by RTE...
Just watched a doc about a couple and a dog who tour North America in a converted school bus. It’s alright. Nice to see someone touring. The Mexico bit was interesting.

Any tips on how to stream BBC catch-up/player? Between Freesat, Netflix and my phone, we can get ITV, RTE and Virgin catch-up but only live BBC in the Republic. Missed the first episode of the new Line of Duty last week, recording the rest but don't want to start episode two with 'the story so far'
Any advice appreciated.....

No Tony, I can go back 4 or 5 days on the firestick but that’s it.
Yes, line of duty excellent, episode one was good and looking forward to tonight’s episode.

Thanks anyway. Line of Duty and Unforgotten are (in our opinion) first-class productions that would stand up against any imported shows... except Breaking Bad

What’s the deal with the firestick Jon? Does yours have any storage for watching offline content? I’m looking for something to run Netflix and ATV, which the Firestick will do, but some storage would be nice. I would like the minimal amount of hardware and cabling, so the plugin stick is ideal, but probably would negate the storage.
