When I was in the north, I noticed that you can't buy fuel in gallons, it's in litres, so should it not be miles per litre

Got Gaslow fitted by LTS, great job! very neat and professionally done and they provided a very lightweight bottle. Which I think is the same weight full as an ordinary bottle empty!

Photo's to follow.

Yeah I've got 2 fitted in my van and its much cheaper to buy. The filling station at Nutts Corner sells the gas for it.

To fill a 11KG gaslow bottle from empty at the pump would cost about £16 ish
It is a while since I exchanged a bottle but I believe it is about £25. (I will probably be correct on this price)

I know it would take a lot of fills to recoup the installation cost but it is the convince of being able to top up without waiting until the bottle is empty.
We have two 11KG gaslow bottles and just top up when we come across a pump.

Yeah definitely the convenience, I plan to carry one Gaslow 11kg for now with a 6KG spare ordinary bottle and fill up the Gaslow bottle when I get diesel. I used to fill the bottles with the adaptor but had to wait until they were empty every time.

At least you could get two 11kg gaslow bottles into the locker, you cant do that with the calor ones, they wont go through the gap. I have to make do with the 6kg versions!

It's an authorised refillable system.
Cylinders are fixed and can be topped up at an LPG pump.

Took that pesky carpet out!

Only wood below so put a new flooring in, Auto-trail in their wisdom lay the carpet and then build the furniture on top, not an easy job getting the carpet out and leaving clean edges for the new flooring.

Squares in a box of 4, I used just over 9 boxes. They are already sticky, just peel the back off and put down :)
