I started this week, lasted until Thursday, but that was four drink free days. I'm using the Drink Aware app and find it great, I also cut down on the cans I drank this weekend. I even lost a few pounds.
My plan is to drink only on Friday and Saturdays and to cut down the amount. I doubt I'll ever get to the recommended 14 units (thats just silly
- 7 Drinks! are they mad!!? ) unless I stop completely, which has crossed my mind lately.
