Scary stuff, time to ditch the smart phone and more?

I had an idea about faecebook, that I might implement. I'd rather not use FB but.....

A tablet or phone with nothing but wifi, do not use it for browsing, email, anything else, other than faecebook, absolutely nothing at all. So it would be a bit like a PC using Firefox and Firefox Facebook Container.

Isn't it great we have MHC with no tracking, absolutely no security concerns, privately owned, no shareholders, no selling data etc etc etc etc etc etc

It might not be the absolute idiot proof design like FB is, but it works and it's secure.

Its fantastic, their share price fell wiping a few billion off their value, I have walked away from it and feel better for it.......however others will continue to advertise and unless users walk away in large volumes it will continue on with its global manipulation and the spread of misinformation

One of the biggest forms of manipulation and misinformation out there. Haven’t done FB in last couple of years and no desire to ever again.

I know its great but coming from a company that SCREWED ITS CUSTOMERS falsifying tests results and giving blatant false information .
is a bit hard to take seriously .

" posts containing dangerous false information must not be published uncommented and must have consequences," the group said.

Did you get paid for the screw up they made with your car. Think not.

The Hook and the Lighthouse tour and caffee is defiantly worth a visit and an overnight if you want to watch a sunset and maybe a walk or snorkel .
Norman view has the two beaches and the village within walking distances, with the scooter you can still do the Hook, and Tintern Abbey and walled garden,Pitza Lunch in vine cottage,and any of the other beaches while the van is safely parked up empty all day.

If the tide is low at Saltmills Bridge put your welly's on, hop over the bridge wall on the church side and pick your self a bucket of mussels at the river edge on the seaside.
Vine cottage is on the right over the bridge, they have a big car park and you can walk down the lane to Tintern Abbey .
we would often go that way park and go for a walk and have a pint and icecream on the way back.

It will be interesting to see if the commissioner backs down or not, but reading the article it looks like they are feeling picked on (poor them), the next thing they will be saying its against their human rights and that its a racist decision
