I presume the council knows his background, kit, and Kin, I would hope the Council is not dealing with a Mr. SMITH email. and If he so interested in the freedom of information could he declare his interest, inform the public what exactly, is his problem, what is the great wrongdoing he is he trying to protect or expose.

If you scroll to the bottom you will see the latest on the FOI, including emails from myself? or maybe Zachary Smith. 3 attachments included - then further answers to mr Smiths questions.

Like Annagassen I see a line as far back as 2009 it was noted that the presence of motorhomes staying at a Aires reduced anti-social behaviour. A good plus point.

Good luck today and tomorrow to the Council fighting for Motorhome parking in Donaghadee and other area's.

We wish them luck and thank them for providing Motorhome parking for all Motorhome owners which makes it possible to bring tourism to towns where we can support local business.

Not one person asked what happened at the court. Quite amazing how the outcome of this affects us all in NI, this is the precedent set for NI, and no one is interested.

The outcome is, "there was no outcome" - from what I am led to believe as I wasn't there although I had planned to be there......

Due to the changes in THIS an outcome cannot be made until the act has changed. The judge ruled (allegedly) that he would wait for the outcome of the changes to the act.

This has cost mega money, allegedly.

So, good news really, the person, whomever that is, bringing the case has not won yet.

Wendy did ask me yesterday, but forgot to check. 🙄

I’m guessing the review of the Caravan Act won’t go anywhere without a government. Catch 22.

I think it was the NI office that was doing it.
