Walker here too.
12 volt, saorview and built in sat receiver and a smart TV to boot.
Good piece of kit and very pleased with it.

Hi Jon,
Is the Satellite freesat (automatic update of transponders) or the free to air (Manual update)?

@the fat controller
I have a fire stick already so it would be easier to buy the walker smart and leave the fire stick at home, :up: but the sat tuner on the Walker will decide a lot

I don’t know John, I’ll get the technical specs and post them up here for you.
I’ve not used the sat tuner built in as I’d already got a sat box in the cabinet wired to the HDMI port.
I rarely use the sat now, use the normal antenna or if I’ve got 4G I use the smart features on the TV or on the firestick.

Sprinter thats why we made a conscious decision not to have one in the motorhome. I know the missus would be wanting to watch her soaps and I would be watching films. I even took out the TV slidy thing and use the cupboard for storing other things. The only time we watch anything is on the ipad when we can't go out.

You are all slaves, slaves to that flat box

And by the way Whitewater Belfast Black Stout is very nice

have you seen Western Stares?
If it is a cinema near you, " go" but don't leave when the credits go up, hold on untill they turn on the lights.

I see SKY has come up with a streaming service. I don't know if it's mobile or not, ie, is it tied to a particular broadband. Anyone know anything about it ? Seems like an idea if you can use it at home and then take it with you ?
